Prickly Panda is a small crafting from home business. While we aim to carry a small selection of our range ready to ship, many products are made to order, so please bear with us while we perfectly craft your order.
Standard Orders
We aim to despatch products that are held in-stock within 2-3 working days.
For urgent orders or gifts, please contact us before placing your order, so we can check and make sure we can despatch your order in-time to meet your required date. First class (24hr) postage options available by special request.
If we don't have stock of an item(s) upon receipt of your order, we will get in touch with you to advise the lead-time and soonest despatch time to complete your order.
If you would like a laser engraved product personalised or customised, please get in touch with us before ordering, to discuss exactly how you would like it to look and what text/characters you would like engraved. We have to check the requested text fits within the set printing parameters for each individual product. We will also advised you on the earliest despatch time for your order.
Once all product designs/artwork and quantities have been agreed, we will advise a despatch date and confirm delivery options. For bulk orders a sample product can be created on request for a small fee.
We send out all our orders using the Evri courier service. We offer deliveries to UK mainland addresses only. For deliveries to off-shore UK addresses or Republic of Ireland, please get in touch with us before placing an order.
Orders under £35 value, there will be a £3.95 shipping fee, which helps towards our packing and courier costs.
Orders over £35 we currently offer free shipping.
Evri Standard Parcels have an expected delivery time of 2-4 working days.
If you need a quicker service, please get in touch and we can let you know if we are able to ship your order using their Next day / 24-hour service to speed up the delivery time, this may incur an additional small charge.
If you live in the BS20 and BS21 postcode area, we are offering Free Delivery to our fellow neighbours, and will deliver your order in person. This might be on an evening or weekend delivery, so we will let you know once we process your order. When entering your delivery address at checkout, it should automatically give you free shipping, any issues please get in touch.
